Hi, I’m Nila Cousar.

I’m at my best when I’m solving math problems or diving into a new passion coding project. Being neurodivergent shapes how I move through the world — I see everything in color, patterns, and functions, and that perspective fuels how I think and create so I thrive in fast paced, high drive environments and that brings out my best thinking.​​ I am highly organized building capital engines by critically thinking through balance optimization structures. I specialize in synthesizing problems impacting the firms’ balance sheet and design infrastructure to support operational and liquidity risk.
