The next generation of conservative leaders are catalyzing the paradigm shift to unify our country under one thought.

Conservative thought is loosening traction and a more unified, circumstantial approach to people governance is rising because the next generation of conservative thinkers are willing to meet progressives half way on social and political issues.

INTRODUCING A NEW WAVE OF UNITY

Gen Z conservative thinkers are more progressive and pro-government, and less likely to see the United States as superior to other nations.1 For example, a Pew Research report exemplifies a prime example of how our diverse nation is shifting views on social issues.

More than ever before conservatives are meeting progressives halfway on key social and political issues. In figure 1, a survey of U.S. adults showed, 43% of Republicans said Blacks are treated less fairly than whites, in which twice as many democrats would agree.

Younger Republicans are the most culturally informed conservative group yet and more concerned than previous generations about social issues, which is aligning the next generation of leaders for the betterment of the world.

CLOSING THE GAP

The next generation of leaders are newly awakened to what it means to see the humanity in others first. The vehicle of climate change intersecting with systemic issues has brought a social conscious to the surface and discarded ego-centric paradigms to take a back seat on collective action.

The value of cultural competence over statistical differences has synergized our nation through practical experience, informing a sound knowledge and understanding of how people experience the world based on race, class or gender.

Seek first to understand, then be understood— Stephan R. Covey

Young Americans were hit the hardest during COVID-19.2 We understand the hardship of not having access to quality education or how job loss can impact the house hold. The need for education and access to vital resources outside of the home has become a rude awakening for the youth; presenting unthinkable obstacles in mental health, access to technology and education.

The world isn’t changing its our paradigm unveiling the valuable principles of natural law that govern human effectiveness in our dimension.

Humanity in people isn’t just circumstantial, it’s practical. And Gen Z is living proof of the change we wish to see.

As we change our seeing, we change the being of our nation.— Nila Cousar

MOVING THE NEEDLE

It goes without saying, Americans are becoming more socially sensitive the experience of others.

Which begs the question of why?

In 2020, a survey showed 65% of U.S. adults believe a person is rich due to advantages, that’s 25% more than when they asked participants in 2018.3 More than that, a larger majority of U.S. adults say a person is poor because they have faced more obstacles in life.4

Fig 2

Figure 2 indicates a radical paradigm shift in U.S. history. People are no longer thinking linearly about systemic issues. The more culturally aware we become the better we unify on basic principles to address intuitional frameworks that divides us.

COLLECTIVE ACTION

The youth is prepared more than ever to move toward collective action. More entrepreneurs are driving social change through hybrid and philanthropic models than ever before. Impact investing, accelerators and fellowship programs have created more opportunities to be apart of the action. Our nation under one thought will go beyond human conception to reach a higher dimension of progress that includes everyone.
